We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the regular priced item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Returns on sale items can be converted into a store credit, if returned within 30 days in good condition.

SHIPPING (in Canada only)
Shipping options are determined at checkout. We utilize Canada Post for shipping. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after being placed. In-store pickup is free of charge.
NOTE: At this time, bikes cannot be purchased or shipped through our online store. You can order a bike on the website for store pick up.
For any purchases with free shipping, the order is not tracked and Lifesport does not take responsibility for any products not delivered by Canada post.
If you have a defective or deficient product, you can ship it back to us (via your choice or carrier, no COD's accepted) or bring it back to the store within 30 days of purchase for a return or exchange. For orders shipped to you, we will refund the cost of the returned product but not the shipping costs. Any merchandise that appears used and is not deficient will be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 10% of the products MSRP, or at the discretion of the manager.
Labor fees for bike service, ski service, repair or bike building/packing are non-refundable.
Items over $200 being returned must have an authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. Please call or e-mail the store to receive a return authorization number.
For a full refund on regular priced items, the product must be returned in its original packaging, not damaged and not used, and with a receipt. Sale items, meeting the same criteria as regular priced items, can be returned and a store credit will be issued.
