Shipping & returns


We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the regular priced item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Returns on sale items can be converted into a store credit, if returned within 30 days in good condition.

Shipping options are determined at checkout. We utilize Canada Post and Greyhound. In-store pickup is complimentary.

Note: Orders usually ship one business day after being placed.

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside Canada.


If you have a defective or deficient product, you can ship it back to us (via your choice or carrier, no COD's accepted) or drop it off at the store. Defective or damaged product will have the shipping costs refunded. Any merchandise that appears used and is not deficient will be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 10% of the products' MSRP. (Labor fees for bike service, ski service, repair or bike building/packing are non-refundable.)

Returns over $200 must have an authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. Please call or e-mail the store to receive a return authorization number.
